Washing Machine Service and Repair

If you get an error code, service is likely needed. However, it’s possible that by power cycling the microwave, you may clear the error. If moisture has gotten into the microwave, that could also be causing the errors, so let it dry before taking further steps.

What to Do If You Receive an Error Code

Unplug the microwave or turn it off at the circuit breaker.
If the microwave’s electronics have recently come into contact with moisture (such as a spill or steam from a cooktop), give the microwave some time to dry. Wait at least 60 seconds.
After waiting, turn the microwave back on.
If the error code returns, contact the Support Center to request service: +234 (0)7067282739.
