Adorix Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Buying on Adorix

• Product listings, pricing, and availability are set by individual sellers and may change without notice.

5. Selling on Adorix

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels, and are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
• Adorix may charge commission on sales and/or require an active subscription plan, as configured for your seller account.
• Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection, tax, and product-safety laws for the items they list.
• Adorix reserves the right to suspend or remove listings or seller accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments

Adorix supports payment via Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Instamojo, JazzCash, Midtrans, PayUmoney, Paytm, Google Pay, Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later), and direct bank transfer, depending on what is enabled for your region and seller. All amounts are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase or sale.

7. Wallet and Store Credit

Adorix offers an optional wallet feature allowing you to hold and spend store credit, including balances from refunds or referral rewards. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value except as usable credit on Adorix, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timeframes are set by individual sellers. Unless a seller's listing states otherwise, items may be returned within [X days] of delivery for [refund/exchange terms]. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or Adorix wallet, per your selection, once a return is approved.

9. Reviews and User Content
